DeKalb Medical Hospital Records

The Medical Record Department of DeKalb Medical is responsible for the safe-keeping of your medical records. We will make every attempt to honor your request for a copy of your record in a timely manner in accordance with State and Federal laws. The fee schedule for copying records is set by the State of Georgia and is currently $0.93 per page. For records mailed / faxed directly to a physician's office, there is no fee. All requests are processed at the North Decatur Campus and are usually mailed within 3-5 days after receiving your request.
