We are here to aid you as a pre- and post-operative bariatric patient in reaching your weight loss goals in a safe and supportive, hospital-based fitness environment. To support your success and to assure that your exercise program is tailored to your needs and preferences, please make an appointment to meet with Curtis Williams, Exercise Physiologist, before you join.
Here’s what to do:
• Call Curtis at 404.501.5415 for an appointment.
• Complete the enclosed Wellness Center application.
• Click here for a free week's trial.
• The day of your appointment, bring your application and that day will be the first day of your membership.
During your private appointment, Curtis will design an exercise program specifically for you. In addition, he will introduce you to The Wellness Center and explain the numerous benefits you receive with your membership.
This appointment, normally $40, is free for all DeKalb Medical pre- and post-operative bariatric patients. Simply call Curtis and let us assist you with your weight loss goals.
We also invite you to drop by The Wellness Center at any time for a free tour. Our hours are:
• Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
